resource sharing between win95/98 and wi

i’ve set up a small peer-peer network with 95/98, xp, and w2k clients…both the xp and w2k client can access other client resources(95/98/xp/2k)…the 95/98 clients can’t access the wk2 resources BUT CAN ACCESS EVERYTHING ELSE…i always get a pop-up box showing the computer name for the 95 box and the ipc$, that asks for the password …what do i need to do…thanks in advance for your help.
