Resource Suggestions

First off, I want to thank anyone who volunteers their time to answer questions on forums such as this. As they say, knowledge is power, and you all give a lot of it, so thanks for doing what you do.
My situation is this: I’m in a rut. I know quite a bit about troubleshooting a workstation or a small server, but I would like to branch out a little bit. I’d like to know more about things like Windows Servers, server redundancy, active directory, group policies, and windows security (like how to lock down a workstation). Does anyone have any reading suggestions? Online resources would be great, but if you can suggest a book that covers some of these topics, I’d be open to any suggestion like that too.
