Hello. The problem is that my computer wont start up not even on Safe mood or any of the five options they give me. The problem started after i had installed a software and i needed to restart, so i did. After it restarted nothing came on the screem just my background, no “Start” no nothing. The only thing i could do was CTRL + ALY + Delete. So from their i connected to the internet trying to get some help. Well while searching, my computer stoped working, so i decided to turn it off. After that my computer loads to the five Safe Mode options but none works. It just restart all over again to the same place. I also tried to press F8 to re-boot but nothing. Its an HP computer two years old. Any help on this please. All i want to do is remove all the data i need and then i would re-boot the entire computer.
