On Win 98SE, after installing and partitioning a new 30GB hard drive on Fat16 (= 14 drive partitions of 2.1GB each), my CD-ROM drive letter (which should be ‘Q’) has disappeared. I’ve tried the ‘last drive’ setting in the config.sys and in the registry, but no luck. Any suggestions how I can get my CD-Rom drive letter back??
