Hi I have a dell inspiron 6000 that was given too me, the battery doesnt work so I run it from the power cord, it seems to have something wrong with it so i was trying to reinstall the software, but i am unable, i saw someone posted to press ctrl+F11 which i tried.. nothing happened.. ls help!!@
