hi i need some help, i am a owner of a inspiron 1200 and i was able to do a full recovery by pressing the ctlr together,work perfect. my problem is my deceased brother had a inspiron 1000 and my mom is now the owner of it i have tried to restore it back to factory settings as i did mine but i am having no luck, mine has a blue bar at top that appears upon starting , but my brothers has a grey bar at the bottom of the screen with the dell logo my mother accidently tossed out the box that contained any manuals or disk.the computer takes so long to start up like 5 minutes or more we would like to clean up the pc so that my mother can use it is there anything i can do to restore it to the factory setting thank you karen coolidge
