Restoring Mailbox

I have a mailbox that I am trying to restore via Backup Exec. Every time I run the restore, I get the error “Access denied – unable to restore directory \..” According to the help files locally and online it is one of two things either the Information Store service is not started (which it is on my machine) or the “User Defined Shares” are not set with the proper permissions. I did set the share to use the Exchange Administrator Account, which is the same one that is used to run the backup nightly. I have tried restoring this mailbox to the one it was backed up from and to another one. Which according to the help files is possible by redirecting to the desired mailbox. Each time I run it takes about 3 minutes and then skips all files and fails.
