restoring profiles

Can you pleasetell me how to restore my currupted profile in Windows Professional. I turned my computer on one day and it told me that my profile was currupted. I ignored it and my desktop was different and all of my shortcuts were gone. I went intoexplorer and went to documents and settings and I see administrator and administrator.bak. (administrator is my user name) and all of my info is not there. The most important thing that I need is my E-Mail. I use outlook. Can you please tell me how to restore my E-Mail.
