Restrict Local Drive Group Policy?

by klarkin . Updated 25 years, 3 months ago

Hello,

I am trying to lock down users desktops by restricting drive c: with “Restrict Local Drives” via the group policy it works great, except for the fact I get a “You are restricted” error every time I log on. I am not sure what is being restricted? Everything seems to be working fine. This happens with a fresh 2000 install with no addition apps and nothing in the startup folders. Does anyone no of a way I can find out why that “Restricted” box comes up at each logon? And what itis restricting?
