Restrict size of print jobs?

I have a printer in a public area that is available to users to print items from the Web. PDFs are primarily what is printed. The administrator of this area would like to limit individual print jobs to no more than 25 pages. Is there a way to set limits on a printer to accomplish this? This is a networked HP LaserJet 1200 being hosted off a Windows 2000 Server.
