restrict user to change any setting

How to configure the Win9X so that user can't change any setting in the system, for example: network, dislay, desktop,etc.

After you have the users system all set up go to:
http://www.amtsoft.com/deepfreeze/

Once you install this software set a good password to unlock it and then it will prompt you to reboot the system.

Once rebooted the user can make any changes they want, even reformat the drive! But when they reboot again ... it will all be back to the settings it had prior to deepfreeze. So no matter how badly the user screws up their computer, a simple reboot will put it all back to normal.

now that program is pretty nifty. Goodbye system restore, goodbye Ghost, Goodbye GoBack hello Deep Freeze.

Wonder if Microsoft will buy that company.

You could try the Policy Editor supplied on 98 CD.

i can change anything or delete anything that has to do with the block...it says im not allowed actass
