Restrict user to change date/time

By n77skyrocket ·
I need little help. I am trying to restrict users to change date/time. For example:
I have a server with windows server 2008 and 3 to 4 workstations connected.
I have implemented Group management policy to control the access rights for these workstations.

But, I am not able to find the way for restricting users to change date and time. Please give me any solution.

Thanks

Might almost be easier to simply deny access to c:\windows\system32\timedate.cpl you can add this to your gpo just add it to the deny list.

deny timedate.cpl

*Local Computer Policy
*Windows Settings
*Security Settings
Local Policies
User Rights Assignment
Change system time
Make sure that the user and any groups that the user belongs to are not allowed.
