Hi,
I am running a BT Home wireless hub and often find that my lodger is utilizing all of the bandwidth downloading what ever he downloads.
I was wondering if there was a way which could restrict how much bandwidth he can use without any obvious signs on his pc.
This would need to be applied in both a Windows XP and Vista environment.
I would be very grateful if anyone has any solutions.
