Hi,

On Active Directory Users and Computers, right click on the user that you want to restrict, go to properties.
On the Account tab click the button "Log On to" and select the computer or computers that this user will be able to log on and that's it!.

Hope this can help.

just a comment:

if you have a 200 PCs network and you want to restrict 1 user to not use one PC, you must add the others 199 allowed PC's name to the user profile properties!?!

You could create a local user on the machine or server and not add that user in AD. Then that user would only have access to that machine.
