Restricting Windows Media player

Is it possible for me to restrict the ability to copy music from CD? Our teachers have a tendancy to copy music onto my computers. Although it’s not lilegal for them to copy their own music. It is illegal for our university to have copyrighted media on our computers. Short of restrict access to WMP all together what can I do?
