Restrictions

I was wondering if anyone knows how to restrict students from saving files to Drive c: We are running Novell 5.0 with client 3.31. Zenworks policies are in place to lock down and hide the desktop and drive c: but that doesn’t restrict them from saving to c:. I have looked in Win98 registry options and have found nothing.
