We are using Exchange 5.5 and Outlook 98 for our office email system. Our internet/POP3 email first goes to our ISP and then is collected by the server. When the exchange server poles the POP3 server, it is removing the mail from the POP3.
Is there a way to have the exchange server leave a copy of the mail at the POP3 server until the user deletes the copy out of his inbox?
