Retrive Excel Passworld

I forgot my excel work book password. Is there any software or code by which i can retrive the password. I am using Office 2000.

    The site was visited but the software did not help me to open the excel sheet. Still the password is not known to me and i cannot do my work

  I would try the tool from http://www.lostpassword.com
  But I was told that password recovery of Excel 2000/2002 is really difficult and may not be possible all the times
