Hello again people!
We’re trying to send an e-mail to a specific individual but the mail keeps on returning with the following message:
Returned mail:
too many hops 18 (17 max):
from
to
we cannot send e-mail to that user as well as everybody in their domain. The funny thing here is that they can send e-mail to us without any problem.
What could be the cause of this, any ideas?
