I have decided to return my recently purchase dell computer..Only because Dell Tech support really really really realley BITS…India tech do not know anything about Computers..I know more than any tech in India..
I had a problem with watching video online and the SUPPOSTLY TECH PERSON told me that the problem was because the computer was NEW.. what kind of retarted solution is that ? I am really dispointed at DELL. I was having the problem not because my computer is NEW but because I needed to update my network card…I figure that one out BY myself…I am returning the computer God forbid I encounter another problem that I cannot fix and than What ? Call India.. I do not think so…bye bye..
