I am trying to upgrade a still-functional HP Omnibook 5700CT laptop. still great for word processing, etc. It’s processor is 166-MHz Intel Pentium with MMX technology. It currently has Windows 98 environment. Its current Hard Disk Drive is(part #F1348-60901 3.0 GB 4200 RPM, 12.7mm-2.5.) My questions are:
1 If I upgrade the DRAM memory to 128 MB (maximum expandable), what version of Windows can it sustain? and
2 What drive capacity can I expand given its limitations (10GB? 20GB?, more?)
