Ricoh AP3800c service error

Hello,

My question is I have a Richo AP380C commercial printer, that after being service comes up with a service error of SC999 and I think this error is related to a sensor.? The Printer machine says to turn the printer on/off but the same error is still comming up.

Was the service done by Ricoh service rep?
If so call them call to fix it.
Do you have a service contract for this unit.
If so they will fix it.

Have you check Ricoh site about the error

Good answer but the problem is with the service contract, we stiil are behind with Ikon, the vendor. and they will not come back out to service the printer.and all of this happen after the printer tech work on the machine. By the way I did not get Ricoh knowledge link.

If your behind on the billing or not the company that worked on it should back the service they performed. Offer part of what you owe then the rest when the printer is working again.
