Hello Everyone,
I have a ricoh cl4000dn that is putting streaks through out the entire page of all its color print outs. If I print in black and white everything looks fine. With that said I am not sure if this is a transfer unit problem or a PCU issue. I took out the transfer unit to look to see how it looked and the streaks that are appearing on the color print outs are similar to the lines or scratches from wear on the transfer unit. But what stumps me is why they wouldn’t show up on the black and white print outs. Any suggestions on what needs replacing here? thanks
