Ring Buffer on Window NT4

I am getting an error with the following:
“The ring buffer tha stores the keyboard data has overflowed. (buffer size is configurable via the registry)
Also get the same error with mouse data substitued for keyboard
Where do I change the size of the ring buffer to prevent the overflow?
