Hello to anyone who hates picking up the phone to answer the same mundane customer support questions over and over again, i forgot my password…, how do i…, you get the idea.
I’m am a product manager for a small startup and we are currently developing a new product to automate those mundane phone based customer support request. I am reaching out to technical customer support managers to help me define our product requirements. So far I have heard that most phone request follow the 80/20 rule (e.g., 80% of my calls are for these 3 things and 20% are not as easy to categorize). If you don’t agree let me know.
