Ringing Alert

Hello – my business cannot download any sotware to
our machines due to our contract with a vendor. we
are currenly using the Windows 95/98.

Is there a way to program the computer to alert the
users that it’s time for their streach break (i.e. every
hour, have it beeped to remind them that it’s the break
time)?
