RIS on Win 2K

I have set up a RIS server in Win 2K. The client machine has no OS installed and the network card is not working on it. When creating the RBFG.exe file on the RIS the list of available drivers does not include the driver for the client. I have the driver disk for NIC but when trying to install, it does not allow it. I have also disabled PNP in the BIOS and still no luck. Is their any way to get the NIC working so it can contact the RIS server and install 2000 Professional. This is for teaching purposes and any help would be appreciated.
