Updated the drivers on a RIS Image, so of course it lost its winnt.sif info. Long story. So whats the easiest fastest way to get a ris image to use a winnt.sif file?

Use Setupmgr to create a new RIS answer file.

1) Then, Open AD users & computers.
2) Find you RIS server's computer account
3) Right click the computer account, then properties
4) Select Remote Install tab
5) Click the "Advanced Settings" button
6) Click the "Images" tab
7) Click Add
select "Associate a new answer file to an existing image"

That's assuming it's simply lost the answer file.

The Remote Install Tab is where most of the settings are.

Also, if memory serves me correct (which it may not be), sometimes you may have to completely remove the image / answer file, then add it again from scratch. There "might" be an issue where stuff doesn't detect the new answer file version

Also, make sure that you use setupmgr to create an RIS answer file (RimBoot.sif), not an unattended distribution share setup file (unattend.txt) or an answer file for unattended cd install (winnt.sif)
