@Risk software using Terminal Services

By marcus ·
I have a client that we host their virtual server. They connect through the web to their virtual desktop using terminal services. They want to load @risk software for one user to use. I loaded the software and get an error message "Using @Risk via remote acess or terminal services is not allowed". Anyone know and sneaks or ideas to get this to work?

Thanks,
Marcus

We don't do 'sneaks' around here.

If the terms and conditions say not to run it via remote access or terminal services, then you may not run legally run it via remote access or terminal services.

Try checking with the manufacturer. Maybe they have a different package that may be run remotely. You can also look for a similar package from another vendor that has no such contractual limitations.

perhaps "sneaks" was the wrong term

We LEGALLY purchased the software for one user and only one user is going to use it. No where in the terms does it say anything about remote acess.
Thanks
