RNAdmin

Have any idea where can I disable RNAdmin. What’s the program for? Everytime I shutdown my PC, it comes up with a dialog window to end this program. The header is “Notification Wnd for RNAdmin”. I don’t see it on the task manager. Looks like a background job but I’m not sure. I got XP Pro. Thanks in advance.
