Hi,
I have a network of NT WS and NTservers all running SP 6a. All our users have roaming profiles, however they can only use the profile if i give them admin rights. the profiles are shared to everyone with full rights. If i remove the admin right from there profile the following message appearas when they try to log in.
The operating system was unable to create profile directory \\servername\PROFILES.pds. You will be logged on with a local profile only. Please contact your Network Administrator. (53)
