How do you get Windows Nt 4.0 workstation to acknowledge the roaming profile for a user when she shutdown illegally? The message says that your roaming profile isn't available you are being logged on locally. All other user are fine except this user.

Log into the local machine as administrator.
Delete the local copy of her profile. Next time she logs in, she will download her roaming profile from the server.

Go a step further and read MS article Q173870, and make a change to the local registry to automatically delete cached profiles.
