ROAMING PROFILE FOR FEW USERS

I have network in my office with 15 systems (running win 2000) and server (running win NT 4). I want to implement following things on my network:

ROAMING PROFILE FOR FEW USERS

i have around 20 users . all have login names and passwords. but the logins are not roaming profile. they can login from anywhere but there desktops are not customised. I want 2-3 users to have roaming profile and even their outlook 2 b roaming and leave the other users as it is.

can anybody give me steps to implement the same.
