Roaming Profile in hidden shared folder

When using roaming profiles on the server in a shared folder. Eg \\server\profiles\tk
How do I prevent user tk from saving his profile on the network and allowing him to write to the folder? I need the share to be hidden from users but visible to the computers so the computer can save the profile to the folder when the client logs off.
