roaming profiles

My server crashed and I have had to replace one of the hard drives and rebuild. Because I have a bdc I did not lose my users however I have lost their roaming profile. Can someone help me with the steps to recreating this profile. Since it is in a high school lab the students right now can log on and they then can use the profile on the local cpu but that means the system is accessible to the students. With the profile I had it all locked down so they were only able to access their home directory and specific programs. Any iseas woud be great.
