I have a file server that is serving about 400 users. I have service pack 6a on this Compaq Proliant 1600R. Every week or two users complain about slowness of the server. When checking the server I find that a service/process called RDS is takingabout 90%+ processor time. A reboot stops this. But it will return with uptime. Has anyone out there had this issue? I would like to hear if someone has delt with this and how they fixed this.
