Router

i got a router model Netgear RP614 with internet connection ip, let say 202.240.3.3.
My internal web server's IP address is 192.168.0.1 and is running internally
and i have set the port forwarding (start port 80) (end port 80) with ip 192.168.0.1 , but when i type on my IE 202.240.3.3, is not running. is there any other configuration???

When you try and go to http://202.240.3.3 are you doing this from BEHIND the router or on the outside of it?
Probably, you will only be able to hit this IP address from outside the router, i.e. from the Internet. The internal routing may not allowyou to hit the address when you are behind it.
So, go somewhere else and test this.

Are you able to see the Internet from your web server (can you surf to web sites using the server)? That would be the first place to look.

The IP address of the server (192.168.0.1) also raises a question in my mind, usually that address is the internal address of the router. What is the internal (LAN) address of the router? Make sure the LAN interface of the router isn't using the same IP address as the server. You may need to change the server to 192.168.0.2 and update the port forwarding to go to that address.

Please post more information as you troubleshoot and I'm sure we'll all be happy to help out more.
