Router pricing and setup fees

I’m completly new to this industry, and have no formal training so please forgive my ignorance.

My question is:
I work for a small company with a branch office. The branch office has had an ISDN line that has proved to be way to slow. We are in the process of intalling a T1 line from the branch office to the main office. It will be routed through our firewall to access our server, but will also need internet access through our DSL connection. Should these required routers cost $2,500 each and should the setup fees charged by the tech cost $750 for each router?
