we are trying to talk over a 2mb link using intel routers – sending from A to B is o.k however sending from B to A crashes – hangs momentarily- the pc then an error consistent with not seeing the other end is displayed – extensive checks have been carried out on the line between A and B – no errors found.
A packet analyser shows an SMB too short erro on the A end – the routers were swapped from A to B but the problem remains the same – it did not swap round – any suggestions welcome.
