Hello all. This is my first post here. I hope I’m putting this in the right section… Anyways,
I have 2 computers. A desktop PC and a laptop (XP and Vista in that order). My set up involves 2 routers. One that connects all the computers in my house via ethernet cables to the internet. We’ll call this router ‘Main’. Also connected to Main via ethernet cable is another router which provides wireless connectivity to all the computers in the house.
My problem is I’d like to be able to share files and folders between my laptop and my desktop. I’ve assigned both my laptop and desktop a workgroup name “Workgroup” but they still cannot see each other. How would I be able to make it so that the computers can reach one another and transfer data between them.
