Routing of EMail

by bluesummer . Updated 25 years, 5 months ago

I am an exchange administrator, currently using exchange 5.5 with 50 user. My problem starts when the MD of the comapany want to read all external incoming emails. His requirements are to route all external imcoming mails to him and his secretary and to the receipients. Example: Sender A send a email to staff B, at the same point of time the exchange server should also route a copy to him and his secretary. Apart from that emails that is send to the MD, a copy should be route to the secretary, vice versa. I understand that we can set the alternate receipient but somehow it can only set to one mailbox. Further to that if I were to set everybody mailboxs’ alternate receipient to be the MD, the secretary won’t get to see the MD emails.
Questions:
1)How to set two or more alternate receipients?
2)How to set it such that these alternate receipients are also able to see one another emails at their own mailbox?
3)Will all these routing cause the server to crash???
4)Can I apply this only to external emails?
