I am trying to get educated on routing in excel 97 through outlook….here’s my question. I have set up a routing slip and have added 4 people that this needs to route too. i have it to track as it reaches each destination. What happens is when icreated the form i become the originator of that slip so my name stays attached to it. We also have people that have saved them and now there names are attached to them but when that person leaves how to i get that name off that slip but have it route to the proper people. How do i not have all the tracking progress be sent to me as the originator? Or does anyone know of any inexpensive software or any other way to do routing slips so that we can order from out purchasing dept but have it go to the proper person for the right signature for approval and then reach purchasing all electronically.
