Roxio easyCDCreator platinum 5

I am getting an error window when I record a file to the cd. “Compatability Warning”
“One or more paths in this cd project has exceeded max length allowed by the current file system. you may continue to burn the cd, but the files in these paths maynot be readable”

What is the meaning of this msg? Is there any length restriction for file or path name? How to locate the prblrm file or path?
