RPC Problem with Server 2003 Install

I just installed Server 2003 and XP Pro on another
computer in a lab environment. I am having trouble with
GPOs getting applied to users and client computers. When
I check the log the error message says, Cannot process
GPOs. Unable to locate RPC server.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
