I have accidentally disabled RPC service and in doing so stuffed my other settings and the performance of my computer. I tried to enable it through the Properties window but the window would not appear after clicking on Properties so RPC remains disabled. I tried to start the service via the command line with,” net start rpcss” but got a System 1058 error message. SOS please. many thanks.
