I have installed a new W2K server on our exsisting W2K network for the purpose of running Exvhange. I am trying to install Active Directory as an additional domain controller. When I try doing this I receive an error after the wizard asks for network credentials and I enter them. The error says “”The RPC Server is unavailable” Does anybody know what is going on? I can see the other domain controller as well as the directory listing in Network Neighborhood.
I also made sure the RPC services were running.If I ping the server name it correctly resolves the IP address. Please Help! Thank You!
