First, I know this is far from the Ideal configuration, but at the moment that is out of my hands, so lets not go there.

We are using a Win2003 server which uses RRAS to route real IP addresses from the satillite to our local network. Some IP addresses are directly on our lan, others using VPN. both Direct and VPN have no access to FTP sites outside our network (all FTP services inside out network work fine). Every other service works normally, only FTP is affected.

Outgoing connections recieve a "Can't connect error" and if you try to ftp into our network from outside you connect, can upload but can not get directory listings. I'm at a loss, no ports are bing blocked by the Sat provider or our win2003 server. The Win2003 server is the only common variable.

This is driving me nuts...

Any ideas?
