RRAS Security

I am running RRAS server, and have a HTML app. that the user need to access via IE when dialed in.
What I am trying to do is when a client dials-in, automatically IE will launch with the web application, and when the client is finshed, and closes IE, the dial-up connection ends. How can I do this ?
