RRAS issue with disappearing local interfaces
Hello,
At a currently unknown trigger, the local LAN interfaces within RRAS just disappear. I am left with only dial-up, loopback and internal interfaces. NAT fails and my LAN clients are left without Internet access.
ALSO at the same time I get a Userenv 1000 event (windows cannot access registry information?.. [1351]) every DC GP refresh (5 minutes) and a ?Error 0 to send control flag 1 over to server? entry in the Winlogon log.
ALSO at the same time I cannot read any group policy using the GP snap-in
TROUBLESHOOTING
– Restarting RRAS has no effect
– Restarting Server service (+Netlogon etc) has no effect
– Microsoft KB doesn?t seem to have anything that ties in all symptoms
– The only fixes I have found are to:
a. Reboot server
b. Remove / reconfigure RRAS
Has anybody experienced this before?
