When I attempt to change the desktop theme in XP PRO w/sp2 I get this error: run dll as an app has encountered a problem and needs to close. I am then prompted to send an error report, which offers no solution. Has anyone run into this before? I can’t find anything on the WEB or on the Microsoft site that addresses this. I have a third party program, Starskin, that does this but so does the Windows built in version. Thanks.
